MCH GROUP places particular importance on respecting the privacy and protecting the personal data of its visitors. This policy describes how data is collected and processed on mchgroup.fr, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

mchgroup.fr does not ask visitors to create an account. The data processed is:

• MCH Analytics — cookieless audience measurement on this site. No cookie is written, and IP addresses are not stored. A daily hash counts a visitor for that day only.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — pages viewed and performance indicators, without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
• Session replays — how a visit moves through the page (scrolls, clicks, pages). Text typed in fields is masked and never recorded. Replays are deleted after 30 days.

• No cookies — mchgroup.fr sets no cookie, advertising or otherwise, so there is no consent banner.
• Session storage— the replay recorder keeps a session identifier in your tab's session storage, erased when the tab closes.

Cookieless measurement on this site is limited to audience statistics for the publisher and relies on its legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Visit data is kept for a maximum of 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations; session replays for 30 days.

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@mchgroup.fr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
