Terms of Use

These terms of use (the “Terms”) define the conditions under which MCH GROUP makes its website mchgroup.fr (the “Site”) available, and the conditions under which any visitor (the “User”) may use it. The paid product MCH Analytics, offered from the hub, is covered by the subscription accepted at signup.

Browsing the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept them, they are invited not to use the Site.

The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. All costs required to access it (hardware, connection) are the sole responsibility of the User.

MCH GROUP endeavours to keep the Site available but cannot be held liable for any interruption, in particular for maintenance, force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control.

All elements of the Site (texts, trademarks, logos, images, layouts, source code) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to MCH GROUP or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or use of all or part of the Site, by any means, is prohibited without the prior written permission of MCH GROUP, and may constitute an infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The User agrees to use the Site in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, the User must not:

• attempt to impair the operation, integrity or security of the Site;
• use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of MCH GROUP or of third parties;
• collect or exploit personal data relating to other users.

Information on the Site is provided for information purposes. MCH GROUP endeavours to keep it accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that it is complete or free of errors.

MCH GROUP disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or from the inability to access it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. MCH GROUP has no control over those sites and disclaims all liability for their content, availability or practices.

Personal data and cookies are governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.

MCH GROUP may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on the Site. The User is responsible for checking the version in force.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
